Anonymized and verified after the campaign. After 60 days, a Port Charlotte HVAC business went from about 1,200 to about 3,800 local Instagram followers. Saves per Reel went from an average of 7 over 5 posts to 23, and booking DMs more than doubled. What we did: short vertical Reels posted on a set weekly schedule, before-and-afters of local installs, and a pinned seasonal post.
